Mundelein Workers' Compensation Lawyers

At Hannigan & Botha, Ltd., we are well known for quickly and aggressively fighting for our clients who have been hurt on the job. With years of experience working for insurance companies, we know how they work and the methods they use to deny or minimize claims. We left careers with those companies behind to start a practice fighting for working men and women in a system stacked against them.

If you have been hurt on the job or are suffering from an illness or ailment related to your employment, contact us today, whether you have already spoken with the insurance company or not. We are the advocate you need to help prevent the insurance company from throwing up legal smoke screens, slowing the process until you are forced to accept a low-ball settlement. Remember, the odds are that the insurance company has already spoken to their attorney about your case. The discussion did not include ways they will spend more money to help you get better and reclaim your life.

Mundelein Workers' Compensation Attorneys

Our lawyers understand that your work accident has put you and your family under greater stress, made worse by the conflict with insurance company. We take time to get to know you and understand what your needs are so that we can fight for a resolution that best meets those needs.

A combination of exercise physiology education and years of experience in the insurance industry assessing injuries have equipped us with the medical understanding you need to go up against the insurance companies.
