Lake County Workers' Compensation Claim Lawyers

When the insurance companies have stopped listening to you, turn to us. At Hannigan & Botha, Ltd., we will listen to the details of your injury and then speak on your behalf.

As soon as you visit us, we will sit down and listen to your situation, the details of your injury and where your claim stands with the insurance company. We will then immediately file a petition for a hearing and get your case started.

Many times, we find that injured workers are not aware that their rights have not been fully met. In plenty of instances, the workers' rights have been violated and they are not receiving the compensation they are entitled to. They may think that by going about the claims process the way their employer instructed, they were being treated fairly. However, the insurance companies are always looking for a reason not to pay the amount needed and may have taken advantage of you during the first steps of the claims process.

We know the extent of your rights, and we will fight for them.

Our methods are thorough and aggressive. We handle each step of the process, walking you through and providing the legal force you need to get your claim and appeals process handled correctly and fairly. We handle these cases exclusively, and we know each detail of the process, so you can be confident that no stone is left unturned in your case.

Waukegan Workers' Compensation Hearing Attorneys

We will lead your case through the court hearings. Our lawyers have been fighting insurance cases in the courtroom since 1973, originally for the insurance companies, so we know what those companies are going to argue. This, combined with a deep understanding of the medical side of the injuries, makes us a formidable opponent. We want to fight your case.
